obviously being a bodybuilder i spend a good amount of time looking at my physique in the mirror. i notice a lot of annoying imbalances that most of my friends/family would never notice. but none the less , i aim to compete and i NEED to balance out my body to do well.
here is my head to toe analysis:
-my left calf is NOTICABLY smaller then the right one
-my left quad is smaller then the right one (left quad lacks size on the outer head mostly and the teardrop)
-my left pec is much fuller and gets a better pump then the right pec
-my left arm has a nice peak when i flex my bicep and my tricep is very defined and has a few striations ... while my right bicep seems to lack the peak and my tricep is not nearly as defined
-my left shoulder has a fuller "cap" to it with a wider side delt while the right one appears closer to my body
-my left trap is HUGE and high up on my neck ( like Branch Warren big
) while my right trap is still big but appears to be longer and not as high up on my neck .
-AND THE MOST ANNOYING OF THEM ALL IS THIS ONE ! > MY LEFT LAT IS VERY NOTICABLY SMALLER THEN THE RIGHT ONE. IT LACKS ROUNDNESS AND FULLNESS WHEN I HIT A LAT SPREAD WHILE MY RIGHT LAT LOOKS GREAT !
so basically i'm like WTF! how in the holy hell can i even these muscles out ? someone please chime in . i don't know why i have these imbalances.... perhaps a pinched nerve in my back from squatting too much or something????
i don't know! i am on cycle of test cypionate and nandrolone phenylpropionate right now. any advice is much appreciated !
