advice please!

obviously being a bodybuilder i spend a good amount of time looking at my physique in the mirror. i notice a lot of annoying imbalances that most of my friends/family would never notice. but none the less , i aim to compete and i NEED to balance out my body to do well.

here is my head to toe analysis:

-my left calf is NOTICABLY smaller then the right one
-my left quad is smaller then the right one (left quad lacks size on the outer head mostly and the teardrop)
-my left pec is much fuller and gets a better pump then the right pec
-my left arm has a nice peak when i flex my bicep and my tricep is very defined and has a few striations ... while my right bicep seems to lack the peak and my tricep is not nearly as defined
-my left shoulder has a fuller "cap" to it with a wider side delt while the right one appears closer to my body
-my left trap is HUGE and high up on my neck ( like Branch Warren big :evil:) while my right trap is still big but appears to be longer and not as high up on my neck .
-AND THE MOST ANNOYING OF THEM ALL IS THIS ONE ! > MY LEFT LAT IS VERY NOTICABLY SMALLER THEN THE RIGHT ONE. IT LACKS ROUNDNESS AND FULLNESS WHEN I HIT A LAT SPREAD WHILE MY RIGHT LAT LOOKS GREAT ! :mad:

so basically i'm like WTF! how in the holy hell can i even these muscles out ? someone please chime in . i don't know why i have these imbalances.... perhaps a pinched nerve in my back from squatting too much or something????:confused: i don't know! i am on cycle of test cypionate and nandrolone phenylpropionate right now. any advice is much appreciated !
 
everyones that way to an extent... i was more unballanced when i worked a shovel all day, now im a back-hoe operator ive come a little closer to symmitry
 
I'm with you on the pec inbalance.

My left pec is fuller, and gets more pumped than my right. Which I find to be odd as I would think since i'm right handed that it should atleast be the other way around.

I just keep pressing though....sooner or later it will come around.

i would say if you dont already do this make the bar primary over the dumbells. if you do other physical labor out of the gym try to even it out. when you squat try alternating your leed foot. i naturally had that off balance and for the first year or so i kept it. once i started doing what i mentioned above i started to eaven out pretty quickly.

now heres the part where i am uneducated and have never tried this. think of it more as a question. i have heard that the short or no esterd test give site gains. maybe if you injected the smaller muscles? i am very new to the gear so again dont take this 2nd part as advice.

yea im right handed as well so it doesn't make much sense to me either. even though the right side is stronger all-around... it still lags behind the left side in certain areas!

i totally understand...while the rest of my body is pretty proportional...my fuckin pecs piss me off.


Its like my left pec is nice and full, and the upper part of my right isn't nearly as full. grrr.

i will give that a try joe , stickin to barbells to even things out. and yes i have heard that test suspension gives sight growth along with winstrol injects...:p. maybe i should get ahold of some in the future. as of right now im doing
200mg NPP eod. stacked with 750mg test cyp. per week. i do shoot into areas that are lagging hoping that maybe the oil will stretch the fascia out and fill out with new muscle. ;)
 
i think that has to do with courdination and controll muscles. if you try using both arms and legs evenly that should even out.
 
yea just work that muscle more and im surprised no one has said synthol

synthol would be a LAST resort . i don't like the use of it particularly . however if used properly it does not look abnormal. only people that don't know what the hell they're doing end up looking like gregg valenino.
should i have a day where i just do my left lat? i just did lats last night and speak of the devil !! ..... only my right lat is sore! god dang it. :confused:
 
Dude as a trainer i would recommend Dumbbells!, makes each side work just as hard as the other, also on the lagging side try a couple of forced reps at the end of a set, the problem with barbells are that if you have a stronger side it will dominate the lift taking more stress of the weaker side! try it
 
i say yes just have a day you do the lagging muscle.like if you do back lets say mondays hit the left lat again thursday try to i guess fit it into another work out kind of random but would get results.
