Advice on PCT

Im going to run TEST C @ 10 weeks at 400mg/week for my first cycle, just wondering what you guys think would be the best PCT/Gyno prevention for me(if u think i need it). Thanks again for any reply, you guys have been a great help so far.

Im looking at HCG/Nolva, just wondering on what you guys think i should have and what doses for this cycle...

You should run hcg at 250 mg's every three days while on cycle to help assist with shutdown prevention. Second, more and more guys here are not using proper aromatase inhibitors to prevent gyno and estrogen side effects. I would suggest you get one of those as well. I have seen a ton of posts lately "help...I have gyno"

E-Control from Ironmag is an excellent product that helps with control while on cycle and recovery after.

I have not ever been a big fan of nolva or clomid but some guys like it so I will leave that part to them.

So how does this look...

250mg TEST C per 3.5 days
250mg HCG per 3.5 days

For 9-10 weeks.(ive heard 9 is best for beginners?)


As for the Gyno, I thought id post first since i seen alot of those posts you mentioned when i was browsing and REALLY didnt want to put myself in that situation.


What doses would you recommend of either nolva or / e-control if i had either for my PCT?.. also is HCG really needed in my first cycle?

i took nolva starting on the 2nd week after my last pin. 40/20/20/10/10, works pretty well and throw in a unleashed/pct cycle from NTBM at the same time and youll be set, have fun

Yes, if not try to run HCGenerate. Always use HCG or HCGenerate after week 5 imo....

After reading further some people say taking HCG thru the whole cycle is best(not as many), some say half way thru and some just say PCT..


I have a bottle of HCGENERATE & Nolvadex






So my final out come is this..

Weeks 1-10 500mg TEST C
Weeks 5-16 HCGENERATE ??? recommended dosage?
Weeks 12-16 40/20/20/20 nolva.




Any opinions or objections would be great, otherwise im going with that!

Well, I'll put in my obligatory comment that I think Nolva sucks for PCT since it does nothing to restore HPTA and can cause a host of negative side effects.

HCGen is great while on.

Real HCG toward the end of the cycle.

Adex 1/4 tab EOD for 2 weeks.

Then UNLEASHED and POST CYCLE.

Follow with BRIDGE.
