Advice on my cutting cycle...

What's up like minded people... I've got some questions regarding the cutting cycle that I just begun...First I am 33, 5'8" 214lbs, and around 16-18% bf - been lifting since I've been about 16 years old and this is my first cycle!!.... Now My cycle consists of the following.

.25 mg for 10weeks
hcg 300 iu e 4 d for 8weeks
test-prop 50mg EOD for 8weeks
t3 50mcg/day
tren ace 75 mg EOD For 6 weeks
winstrol 50 mg E)D for 6 weeks
clen 80 mcg/Day 2weeks on 2 off for 10weeks
Pct weeks 9,10,11 nolva 40,30,20 mg
clomid 100,50,50

Now I just started and I am feeling pretty good considering I just took my second injects today... My body temp is high and I am already sweating my ass off..

I have two questions- 1st has anyone ran this sort of cycle and if so how were your results??

Second- I have a vacation scheduled for mid may and that is literally right in the middle of my cycle and I was wondering if it would be okay to stop my cyle for the week that I will be on vacation and just continue once i get back home???

The reason Lessthan suspects your a troll is because you have every mistake anyone could possibly make in a first cycle laid out here. It's hard to know where to start. Could you post a picture of yourself?

Bro simply no. Everything about this cycle is way beyond your level as a beginner not to mention there's a lot that's wrong as well. A first cycle needs to be simple. If you run this you will be in way over your head. First things first you need to drop some bf then consider a test only cycle.
 
what are the misstakes??? Starting off too strong?? I've read that over and over is that what you are referring to?? Please educate me if you have knowledge that you feel I should have.

Nolvadex with a 19nor compound... no no..
Tren for first cycle no no...
Where's your on cycle support?
Where your liver/kidney support?
Whats your diet like.
Why are you in the 18% range after training for 9 years?
Your in over your head with that cycle

No it's all good, but up your doses and its fine to take even two weeks off. And PCT nobody needs that myth.

All this^^^, plus the fact that your messing with thyroid and dangerous cutting agents and have no clue what your doing. And your pct sucks. Your hcg use is wrong. I think that about covers everything, oh and your trying to run a cutting stack and obviously don't have your diet dialed in. If you can't below 18% bf on your own you need to focus on that first. I'm not trying to be a dick bro but your in way over your head here. These aren't gnc supplements, they are some of the strongest performance enhancing hormones and drugs there are. Misusing them can carry heavy consequences.

Well I appreciate the avice but I must confess most of these responses seem very negative, but I can accept negative criticism especially if it is well intentioned... This cycle however has been approved by the IFBB and is supposed to be scientifically balanced ... I spent a ton on this cycle and I am certainly not going to throw it a way...lol... I am going to run it for sure... Oh as for my liver support my wife is a technologist and she checked my liver panel before I started this cycle and I tested normal and we plan to check it periodically through out the cycle... Seriously I am just looking for advice that will help me!!!

Since when does the ifbb send out approved illegal steroid cycles to anyone? And we gave you advice which is dont run this cycle. Put it up and save it for a few years down the road. Get your diet in check and once you get below 15% bf run a test only cycle. The cycle your wanting to run is many cycles down the road for you.
 
hey bud don't mind the haters, its looks good tren, prop, winny, t3 and clen rips you up, i ran a similar cycle with amazing results, cardio is going to be your best friend the more you do the better the results, so hit it up 5x a wk so you bf% can be slashed in half. as far as the cycle i would run test, tren, for 12 wks, keep winny for 6 wks, also try to see if your body can handle up to 120mcgs of clen a day a lot of bb can handle up to 200 mcgs no bs,t3 doses are on the money, if your diet is solid, you do tons of cardio you can slash you bf down to around 9-10% good luck start a cycle log.

Your advising a guy who has zero experience with steroids take some of the strongest ones known to man. We aren't being haters were trying to keep the guy from making a big mistake. If I felt he was ready for this I'd layout a badass cycle for him to run. But the fact is he isn't and I'm not gonna be responsible for him hurting himself. And your exactly right we can't stop this guy from running this cycle, but you should care enough to discourage him from doing it, not reinforcing his bad decision.

LOL... Too funny!!! You guys are awesome!! Thanks for all the advice especiallymy man robph!! When I told my wife all the responses I was getting she said that every one sounds like a bunch of haters too...lol... I had to tell her that I am on a very serious cycle and i believe that most reponses are simply positive criticism... However, yeah I am already on the cycle and I am not putting it on the shelf... I am just going to stay focused maintain my cool and train hard... I do a lot of cardio 45 minutes 3-4 days a week in combination with weight lifting so I should see some good results then:) .... I am going to have to post some pics so you guys can see my frame cause I am just a stocky dude I've always been this way.... Big shoulders-tree trunk legs and wide back... I just need to edit the pics I got some tats I don't want visble etc....One question though- will be okay to freeze the cycle qhile I am on vacation??? Thanks for the advice!!!
 
If this is your first cycle, please listen to the guys on EF. They know what they are talking about. Keeping it simple is your best bet. A simple test with a var taper would be a great start.

As far as your doses and ancillaries : if you are using tren for your first time your dose is pretty high, its powerful stuff.you should see how you react to smaller doses 50mg EOD. Tren has shown to increase prolactin, which can cause you to lactate , and have a limp dick. Caber or prami are a must when using tren. Also drop the Nolva. Instead you should be using aromasin as an AI. How is your diet? Are you doing any cardio?

It doesn't matter what your Liverpool panel is now, that's not the point. When you check it "periodically" and somethings wrong what is your plan. The point is to take support supplements to avoid negitive shit. Tell your wife no one is "hating" either. Why would they. We don't know you or your situation. You don't have a basic understanding of how the body and ass work. I'm sure your diet blows too but you will tell us your 100 grams of protein is spot on. All kidding aside, people are trying to help you. Search for others that have made cycle mistakes and learn. Also why would you plan a cycle when you are going on vacation in the middle of it? Shit like this makes you look ignorant.

You're gonna run it no matter what we say it seems. This cycle is not for a beginner and I can't wait to see what new threads pop up here in a month or so about the problems you're having then with your pct and you feeling like hell just butt fucked you.

Good luck with it man, post up some mid cycle and pre/post PCT blood work. I really wanna see what your body is saying.
 
To much body fat. I would just run Test P till ur at 10 to 12 percent. I would focus a lot more on ur diet. Don't run any other componds or ur asking for trouble.

Plus all the research I've done independently confirms that my cycle is legit!!! My question initially was about suspending the cycle for a week during vacation and only one person has been cool enough to answer that question! Thanks Man!! I will keep you guys posted on the results both physical and mental!! In the mean time what can I do about this killer head ache that I've had since yesterday!!??? And what may be causing it???

The guy that said you would have no problem taking even 2 weeks off was fucking with you. Those of us that actually know what we're doing got the joke as letting your hormones fluctuate like a roller coaster is a horrible idea.

Dude, if the only guy you think is giving you good advice is the only one that is encouraging this, you've got problems.

At the very least stop the clen and t3 and see how your body deals with the aas.

My honest feedback for you would be to stop the tren, clen, and T3 and double your test dose. Go with the test only until you get leaner. It will give you some needed aas experience before your next go round with the tren.

Perhaps you should do what I am doing and just run a simple test e cycle to start, make sure you have the proper support and pct in place. There is a wealth of knowledge here, I have been reading for days. Most the guys here are great and answer your questions without fail and very knowledgebly. If you're taking a vacation in May perhaps you should wait til you get back. But dont rush this. Taking this stuff without knowing what you are doing can really mess you up. Take your time, ask questions and start small/simple to begin with. Look I have been reading only for a few weeks and even I could look at this and tell you were flying blind. Which tells me you are rushing, and not doing your homework.

This is what we have been telling him but he wants to learn the hard way. The best and smartest approach for using steroids is to start small and keep it simple.

Yeah I will post my results for my blood work Friday some time .... Right now I feel pretty good... head ache seems to have subsided and i had a great work out this morning.... Although I did go way heavy on my dead lifts and I haven't done that since my 20s and my back is gutted... other than that I am feeling decent!!!
 
Man- for all you guys that are simply just negative please stay off my thread- The majority of you are just making comments with unsupported arrogance... If you have read the thread than you must understand that I am doing the fucking cycle. I can do with out the rhetorical statements... If however, you have some genuine insight or experience that you can share than by all means please do but if not than please shut the fuck up!! Finally not only am I trying to gain knowledge by starting this thread but I am also trying to contribute my own experience for others!! So please once again if you have some knowledge to share than by all means--- If not please see above:)!!!!

Hey everyone. Im new here. I am 31 years old. Eat extremely clean. Lots of protein. I weigh 220.( i let myself go over the holidays) My optimum target weight is 195. I train 6 days a week. Be it H.I.I.T or weights or cardio. I train. I just started Depo Test 200 tonight. I am doing 5cc 2x a week for the first two weeks then 200m each week for 12 weeks. I have the size i desire but need to shred up and lose the excess body fat. any idea on if this cycle will get the job done?
