Advice on a Stack

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted some advice on a stack. Im 29 yrs old. About 175lb, 5ft 9". Dont know what my BF is but im mostly muscle but can grab an inch or two around the belly but thats it.

Ive done 2 cylcles before. First was sustanon only at 250mg a week. The second was Sustanon at 500mg with d bol to kick start the first 5 weeks.

I have lost alot of the weight i gained and wanna do another cycle to gain some more size but id also like to cut the fat and try to get my six pack back for the summer.

Was thinking of doin Sust at 250 EW for 12 weeks with Anavar for the 12 weeks at 40mg ED.
Will this be enough test as i wanna bulk up a bit but dont wanna bloat out too much and counteract the Var. I havnt started this cycle yet and not yet bought the gear. Wanted the opinion of some bro's before i started. Also what diet should i be on. Wanna eat enough to gain muscle size but not over eat so i can cut the fat. What calorie intakw would you recommend?

^^^^^^ Ditto preferable upon getting up 12 hrs after your last meal,as for as a cycle a simple test Eth or Cyp 500mgs week is sufficient.
Don't forget AI's and PCT ,have everything before starting.

Yeah got PCT already. Got Nolva to run for 4 weeks. Is it safe to do cardio first thing on an empty Stomach? Never heard that before? I usually do my cardio in the evening and weights at lunch time. Im not a great morning person. I also wanna gain some muscle so it seems odd to train before eating anything, Wont my body go catabolic from doin that?
 
a good cycle to run while cutting imo would be var solo or var with test. i would use prop and only run the var the last 6 weaks. 300mg test ew and 50mg var ed should do. i wouldnt cut natty, and if you did you definately wont be gaining any while doing it. fasted cardio is the way to go but i personally disagree with radar on the 12 hours thing. 8 is pushing it. i do 6 hours.
 
Thanks for the advice everyone. Seems everyone is in agreement about the morning fasting/cardio so will give it a go.
Ozzie87 yeah i used dbol last cycle to kick start but will probably use the var this time.
Joe d what does cut natty mean? Also you suggest runnin test with the Var but would Sust not be the same as runnin another test? I like sust and can get hold of it pretty easlily. Never tried the standalone tests before so not sure what to expect from them.

Also forgot to ask... Ive read not to run Var for more than 5 weeks but others on the forums have said its better to run for 10-12. What results should i expect from Var. Im fairly lean-ish. Little bit of belly fat but not much. as above im about 175lb, 5ft 9". I wanna try to get my 6pack back for the summer. Would 5 weeks be enough to see decent results or should i run 12? Assuming im dieting and training right.
 
Dude im not sure u would want to run any oral for 12 weks........I had a question on your original post. You said that you would use sus 250 mg 1 time per wk....The general suggested use is eod with 250...There are compounds in the sus that doesnt last long, such as the prop so you would want to do this more often.....
 
Gotballs yeah i know about the sust release times. Im only really usin it to add some test to the Var and to help gain a bit of muscle as Var isnt very strong. I decided on sust cos ive used it before and did well on it. If i was doin a major bulking cycle i would probably run the sust like you said but its mainly a cuttin cycle. After reading some of the posts i might actually switch the sust for a single long lasting test ew.
Why do you say 12 weeks is too long for an oral? Is it cos of liver damage? What do you think about 6 weeks on Var then 4 weeks off then another 6 weeks on again. Would this still be too much?

you can use sust. you will just bloat a little more. make sure you pin 2x per wk. i find that taking var at 50mg ed for 6 weaks is not to bad. you can run lipid stable with it for extra measure. var is NOT as liver toxic as other orals such as winny and dbol. i know this from constant blood work. your diet should already have a variety of berries in it and lots of water, this will be your most effective defence against liver issues.
