Ok I started in started in May at 5'6" 167 lbs and 24% BF. I have worked hard and really upped ny weight training. I am now at 162 lbs and 19% BF. I lost 15 inches from my torso alone. I started taking low dose of tren (I know all about the effects and blah blah blah) I am very educated and always do my research. I love it! The positive definately outweight the negative in my case. I have two questions, the first is how can I see increased weight loss without losing the muscle I have gained? The other thing is I am considering switching things up and going with Prim or a Prim/Win stack? How will this compare to the Tren and which wld you recommend?

I have been doing 30mg weekly for 6 weeks. i am in love with the reults. the hardness of my muscles the muscle gain and inches lost. i know my direet is the reason i am not seeing the lbs lost from the scale and i know i need to take a break from the tren thats why i was considering switching it up with prim or prim/win stack. i wld gladly accept any suggestions to help getting my body where i want it.

I'd consider taking equall amount of time off prior to starting a new stack of anything. If you throw something new in the mix prior to allowing your body to adjust/come down to a norm..... you may regret where you land and throw things out of whack and not get the results you are looking for. Mega tighten up the diet - NO cheats, Hit the Protein hardcore, hit the weights heavy and focussed. Remember - it's a Marathon - not a sprint - it takes time for things to happen, build, and lose excess BF. Speaking from what I've seen others do in error - "there is NO quick fix" - slow and steady, focussed and hard..... no supp will do much for you unless you put in the time in the Kitchen and the gym..... get your nutrtion dialed in for strength and take a breather between cycles - (time on = time off) so you don't do damage. After that - consider what your next cycle is and weighing out the pros/cons/...etc...

Ummmmm.
U are taking 30 mg a week of what ester of tren? And one injection a wk? That is an insanely low dose.

But let me say, reading ur post makes me worry. U should shut this down and regroup.

This is the woman's forum but I have to ask are you female? I never ever ever ever redcomment tren to woman for a whole lot of reason unless your are looking at genered reasigment then it's a good choice.

Yes I am a woman. and Yes I understand the side effects. I read everything I cld find which is why I am doing a low dose. I do 30 mg in a one time wkly injection. As I said I accept full responsibility for my decisions. I am past being concerned about reproduction as I am 37 yrs old and married with four chidlren. My diet is a work in progress, I get at least 100 gm of protein in a day. I eat a healthy breakfast a protein shake for lunch and dinner varies. Not eating more often and dinner are my downfalls. I am in school fulltime mon-fri making it difficult to eat healthy snacks mid morning and mid afternoon as I am in class without breaks. dinner is a whole other issue. I know there is room for improvement and thats why I am here. I do lift heavy as I can, 3 sets 12-14 reps at least 3 times a week and do cardio 5 days a week usually consisiting of running or rowing. My main goal of being here is not to have anyone judge my decisions but help guide me in the right direction to get to my goals.

Yes I am a woman.

Woooops.

Lol damn phone app doesn't show forum on new posts option.

Anywho... yeah tren just sounds plain unsafe for a female. I'd reconsider at any dosage. There's not a whole lot of studies out there on how tren affects men particularly long term other than it extremely hard on the system. Women i would imagine is ofc magnified.

which takes me back to my original post....i am coming off tren and looking at the next cycle. thats the advice i am looking for. im consiidering prim or prim /win stack hdoes anyone havesugfestions on dosing and after tren wld you recommend a stack or just one prim or win?

This is all in the diet. You need to increase your protein levels, with or without a cycle in order to preserve muscle. If you are lifting heavy and keeping your protein levels high, muscle loss will be minimal. It's something that is highly overrated and can be controlled, to a large degree, through diet.

I have no experience in women and tren as I'd never touch the stuff. I, personally, am not a primo fan but lots of women love it and see good results from it. I also like winny, while a lot of women hate it, but I'd make sure you take an equal amount of time off from the tren before you start something else and it's always good to run a new compound alone, before stacking it, so if you do experience negative sides, you'll know which is causing it.
