Advice Needed

Been running 50mg ED of what I thought was pharmaceutical grade anavar (Biosira Ltd). Packaged as 10mg tabs oxandrolone. Last evening before going to work I noticed my nipples were a bit puffy. I was a bit concerned but shrugged it off thinking Var only wouldn't do this. Got home from work & they looked worse. I then got quite concerned. I previously had no symptoms. Now in the space of today they are puffy, soft, pudgy in comparison with rest of chest, & I think I've a lump under my left nipple after searching. I don't have an AI on hand because I didn't think it would be an issue but perhaps I was ripped off & it may be dbol? I have nolva & popped 40mg b4 bed. How prominent should the lump be? Should I stop cycle & start a nolva PCT or try get some adex or even letro if theres already a lump? I am less than 2 weeks in (12 days). Do you think it's dbol?

At the moment my plan is:

Stop cycle
Jump on Nolva 40/40/20/20

Will the symptoms disappear?

This is not Anavar, I had it lab testes it came out as a winstrol. Anavar from Biorisa Ltd India is not anavar it is winstrol. I heard a lot of complains about the company like serious infection from their tren. So stay away from Biosira Ltd India they are not a serious company.
