Advice needed on dbol n test cycle

Currently on test e 250
7 weeks in, pin on Tuesday's n Friday's

Soon I will b finishing up test n thinking bout going on dbol, looking for advice on how to take it by itself only...was thinking 40mg/ day for 4 weeks but how to keep most gains I will get... Should I start while on test, after last pin, after pct...Lol i need a lil guide... Oh I'm 32yrs, have clomid n nolvadex on hand but haven't used it yet, no side just good gains from test...help??? First post

You should have ran the Dbol in the beginning 4 weeks at 30-40mg as a kick start. Ditch the nolva it's no good. You should only use it off cycle if you have gyno like letro.

Also your BF is way too damn high.

im not even going to get into the cycle man... your body fat is just far too high to be running any cycle... you must get that down quite a bit before you even consider running anything... at least down to the 15% range
 
First of all your bodyfats way too high for dbol or any steroid for that matter. Not tryin to be a dick, but at that high bodyfat, you run the risk of alot of health problems with steroids. And your pct sucks too. Read the stickies on pct on here and learn a lil more abt that too. And you need to take some time off after a proper pct before jumping back on another cycle. I think you could do so much better with just a good diet
 
how long have you been working out? your stats make no sense. you are tall as hell but ONLY 200 pounds, yet you are 25.5% body fat? huh???!! i think that you are mistaken .. how did u test your body fat? unless you are just a tall fat guy with no muscle at all those stats are impossible.

also why are you wanting to run dbol after your test cycle? you are supposed to pct then cycle off .. otherwise you aren't cycling, you are just staying on.

maybe post up a pic because its hard to help you and give you advice when you give incorrect information. we can tell you your body fat with a pic very easily. i'll bet my right nut that you are more like 12% body fat but you used one of those scales that you stand on which give you a very innacurate body fat estimate.

and also not to beat a dead horse but you are almost done with your 'cycle' but you didn't plan a pct? this is a major no-no.. you should of already been on an AI cause i guarantee your estrogen levels are sky high which will make recovery a real bitch. don't ever run a cycle without having the proper ancillaries on hand and not know what to use for pct.
 
Lol... Sorry typo, trying to type from my iPhone. My body fat is 14% not 25%. Have pic but can't load them too large, anyway bout this pct, I have nolvadex and clomid, any this else I sould hav...? Also yes I know I should hav ran bdol from da beginning, I wanted to tried test first to c how it reacts to my Body. I done lots of research b4 starting my cycle but that's y I'm up here asking 4 advice more response will be greatly appreciated ...

Take your nolva and flush it bc its shit. Pick up some post cycle/unleashed combo and use a low dose clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5

^^^ just to elaborate a bit, Nolva is a thing of the past...PCT has come a long way over the years, and we have found much more effective products with less sides, so just like blue_steel74 has recommended, ditch the Nolva, Unleashed/Post Cycle combo, add some Forma Stanzol and Clomid low dose and you will recover just fine...run the Forma for 6 weeks, 2 weeks past your PCT.
 
Listen yo these guts. They have provided you with some great advice on your PCT. Follow those recommendations to a T, then when you are finished I think you should stay away from running any cycles for a good while.

You really need to get a better grasp on things and get more research before cycling again. It will benefit you more and you will reduce your risk of doing anything negative to yourself.
