advice needed... how long does it stay in your system

Well I am almost in the clear... i read the handbook, it says they are required to test again if the results come back positive. And I must meet with HR person to discuss reasons for it coming back positive. I can request Rehab LOL, but I will get an attorney if it comes down to it... I mean It is such a minute thing to lose my job over. I smoked one time LOL. I have perfect history with the company.. it's public btw not private. Anyhow.. gonna hit the gym in a bit. More running and more drinking water... also if they bitch about it being too diluted I will tell em that I compete and I NEED that much water to keep from passing out or something.. I will read up on it before i say it of course... thanks for the info guys

if it comes back false and they say you can retest w/o penalties or anything just do it and know you will pass so dont make a huge fuss

if they say its diluted just tell them you always drink a gallon of water a day and that you had worked out that morning or something

thc stores in your fat cells I.E the fatter you are the longer it takes to exit the system
also like what was said before your not a regular smoker 80% chance you fine....
ive passed multiple times with 2 days notice with niesen...pectin helps as well
