I've been waiting for a thread about BFL. Here's my take on it. IMO, the BFL program is excellent for fat loss. I did it this summer (all natural-only supplemented w/ caffeine, creatine, and Myoplex) and dropped 8 bf%s. The only problem for me was, I lost some muscle too. As far as the winners of the EAS contest go, I think they're all natural. If you read about them, most of them were out of shape, lazy, potato chips eating losers before the contest, and then they suddenly cleaned up there act for the contest... started eating 6 times/day (clean and nutritious), working out intensely, doing tough cardio. These people had incredible results. I think the reason is b/c the people who won had GREAT GENETICS TO BEGIN WITH, they just never realized it b/c they were leading such unhealthy, inactive lifestyles. But yes, I do believe the BFL program will work for anybody to a certain degree to lose fat and become more defined.
