I'm 17, 5'9", 142, 15% body fat. I've been liftin for about 2 months. I started at 135 and 18% body fat so I've seen some improvements. I lift 6 times a week. Day 1: Chest and Back. Day 2: Legs. Day 3: Bi's, Tri's, and Shoulders. Day 4: Rest. I do 20 minutes of cardio 6 times a week also. My protein intake is about 80 grams even though I should be taking in about 200 grams. I just started taking creatine. I'm not a very healthy eater (lots of pizzia/burgers, etc.), my carb intake is probably too high although I have stopped drinking soda and eating sweets. My goal is to be 160 and less than 12% body fat in 4 months. What else should I be doing to achieve this goal? How can I improve my diet, what kind of foods should I be eating? Should I be taking any fat burners, Stacker 2 or Hydroxycut?

Sounds like you already know. You need to eat better, plain and simple. Diet accounts for probably 75% of the changes you will make in your physique and overall health. At your age, you don't need fat burners. They won't do shit for you anyway if you keep eating pizza and burgers. Up your lean protein and lower your animal fats and carbs.

When I started lifting at 19 I was 140 pounds at 5'10 very inverted with little strength. In 5 years i have gained 55 pounds of lean muscel 7% BF without any AS useage. My point being time is on your side, but hardwork is what will provide you results. Some well used supps and a good program are your best bets.

Find a program the incorprets the basic mass exercises. Deads, Squats, Clean n Jerks and Chins. Eat clean as Gymtime said, getting 150-200 grms of protien a day from a varity of differnt foods. Cycle creatine and ALA 4 times a year for 8 weeks. Your a young man so added weight will come with age. Train hard and results will amass.
