bro, i know i gave advice above, but i have changed my mind.
the more i read, i do not think you are ready for AS. you need to eat and train more. also more then 3 times per week IMO.
not trying to flame you, just giving my honost advice. you probably have already made up your mind and wont heed my advice anyway. good luck in what ever you do, but i think you should wait
Yeah word, I agree man...... You don't really know enough about training and AAS to start..... You can make SERIOUS gains by training and eating right.... Permenant gains that won't leave you..... You need as much natural muscle as possible before doing AAS, the AAS will just stack on top of your natural frame, and you'll get much better results..... I guess no matter how much we tell you youre not rdy, you will do it anyway.....
As far as training goes, your best bet is to do a 4 day split..... That means you train on Mon Tues, off Wed, then train again on Thurs, Fri, off the weekend.... You should do 1 body part per week, esp if you are naturally lean, and have a hard time building muscle naturally..... Example is Mon- Chest/Triceps, Tues- Back and Bi's, Wed- off, Thurs- Legs, Fri- Shoulders..... This gives your body plenty of rest to allow the muscles to grow..... If you work the muscles more, you will over-train them, and they won't grow....
Diet, you wanna eat alot of food, but keep it clean.... By clean, I mean keep the sugary carbs low, and the protein/fat higher..... This fuels the body with building blocks to build muscle, and you won't store as much fat since insulin lvls will be kept low..... I would start with 3000cals per day, and adjust the diet from there..... If youre gaining some fat, you can cut back on the cals..... If your not building much muscle, you can add some cals..... This will vary from person to person, and this is important to know about yourself.... Knowing how your body responds to food is THE BIGGEST PART of training...... Food makes you grow, plain and simple....
I think this is a good starting point for ya..... Do this for a while, learn how your body reacts to training and food, and then down the road you can do AAS..... If you don't wanna listen to me, and do AAS anyway, I can't stop you, but I just don't think it's smart...... Feel free to PM me if you want more details on anything I posted here..... Good luck bro....
