Advantages of longer cycles?

i saw your thread along with BA's cycle suggestion..personally id rather "cruise" on test since i know i gain make some gains..Two 10-12 weekers/year suit my needs well at this time i see no reason for the non competetive person to run longer cycles..

In that case would you "cruise" with prop or enan?
 
If your gonna run Test as a base through the whole cycle you could use enanth..but if your going to be dropping test some weeks and using something else as a cruise you definitely want to stick with the fast acting prop...

BA knows his shit..the cycle he laid will yield gains..no need to overcomplicate things..
 
test e does not take 3-5 weeks to kick in, you should start feeling the increased test within a week, and by the end of two weeks, you pretty much have even blood levels

everyone diff they say, i too dont notice my test E to kick in till end of 3rd beginning of 4th week...just my 2 cents.

Here's my info

30 yrs old
I have been lifting off and on for 7-8 years but the last three consistantely
5' 9"
198 lbs
Body fat 15- 18%??? (wild guess)
Good diet-chicken, fish, beef, veggies, eggs, plenty of whey protein (I will be taking in at least 400 gms/day
My goals are 8-12% bodyfat, gain 5-10 lbs muscle, bench increase from 295 to 315+, look good for the ladies, ability to keep gains
I am thinking 20-30 mgs of Var per day for 8-10 weeks. I will be taking creatine (as I assume since var is a phosphocreatine sort of thing it would be good) and NO2. I am thinking of adding EQ 200 mg/week (one shot/week as I've never done needles). When do I start what? I also have tennis elbow and its frustrating the hell out of me. I tried 3 weeks out of the gym and it came back. I've been told deca will help but I don't want the side effects for my first cycle. I've also been told EQ will help and I noticed sides are few for EQ. I'm so damn excited I feel like just starting but don't want to do it wrong or permanently injury my elbow. Can anyone help me?

Dbol: 25mg ED
NPP: 150mg EOD
Prop: 150mg EOD
EQ: 400mg/week

W6-9

EQ: 400mg/week

W10-14:

Winny: 50mg ED
Tren: 100mg EOD
Prop: 150mg EOD
EQ: 400mg/week

W15-18

EQ: 400mg/week

W19-23

Prop: 150mg ED
Anavar: 50mg ED
EQ: 400mg/week (stop at week 20)

Basically 5 weeks on heavy/ 4 weeks of cruise (400mg of EQ)

HCG during the cycle.

its an interesting idea, but personally I dont like to change my stacks quite that often. Everyone is different, but I seem to do well for the first 6 weeks of a stack, so personally I would run them that long before "bridging" to get the most out of what youre running
