30 yrs old
I have been lifting off and on for 7-8 years but the last three consistantely
5' 9"
198 lbs
Body fat 15- 18%??? (wild guess)
Good diet-chicken, fish, beef, veggies, eggs, plenty of whey protein (I will be taking in at least 400 gms/day
My goals are 8-12% bodyfat, gain 5-10 lbs muscle, bench increase from 295 to 315+, look good for the ladies, ability to keep gains
I am thinking 20-30 mgs of Var per day for 8-10 weeks. I will be taking creatine (as I assume since var is a phosphocreatine sort of thing it would be good) and NO2. I am thinking of adding EQ 200 mg/week (one shot/week as I've never done needles). When do I start what? I also have tennis elbow and its frustrating the hell out of me. I tried 3 weeks out of the gym and it came back. I've been told deca will help but I don't want the side effects for my first cycle. I've also been told EQ will help and I noticed sides are few for EQ. I'm so damn excited I feel like just starting but don't want to do it wrong or permanently injury my elbow. Can anyone help me?
