Original diagnosis from Doc (as seen in 1st ever post) was for AF, alongside low T.
Have mentioned in other posts that I can only manage a maximum of two weeks HIT or hard workouts before the body gives out and have to rest for at least a further 4 weeks before feeling better.
I must admit from my other posts that I can understand that Zyg is "careful" that I am going to self medicate. Luckily for me Cortisone is one thing that I cannot get my hands on without a script, plus the Doc I am working with has avoided this therpay so far, so I do not think that it is going to happen. I actually thank Zyg and Xman for flaming me about the Cortisone, 'cause it means that they have my best interests at heart, which is exactly what I need to protect from unscrupulous individuals out there....and from myself
I am seriously considering the adrenal cortex in about a months time though.
At the moment I want to concentrate on one thing at a time, and will then move on to other items.
My planning is such:
1) 30 days to improve bf% (i.e. get into a better routine)
2) Then look at the AF issue as per above plan for at least 30 days(minus the cortisone therapy it's safe to say)
3) relook at bf% for another 30 days (check progress and tweak)
4) relook at AF and tweak for another 30 days
5) and so on until BF% is in the teens and the AF is better....
6) After that (about 6 months maybe?) look into first blast to get back muscle mass lost in diet....
I think I may cause confusion with all the questions that I ask, but it is all just for preparation to fit into my planning....0
Thanks again for the help and for thinking about my health where I may not be.
Cheers
H
