hers one i was tortured with on my clearance diving course. you need 2 people. Both adopt the push up position, one in front of the other facing the same way. The person in front puts his feet on the shoulders of the man behind and you both push up in time. Result: the man in front does incline push ups, the man behind does push ups with the weight of the man in front on his shoulders. Rotate every 25 reps. PAIN!!!
