Adding insulin.

I'm adding insulin in to the mix for 4 weeks. Running IGF-1 long acting prewokout at 100mcg. Thinking 10iu post workout only. With the hundred grams of simple carbs obviously. Anyone have experience running them together like this?

Are you an IFBB pro? If not then don't even think about insulin usage.

Insulin is real tricky in the sense that there really isn't a universal dose that works for everyone and its very easy to overshoot your dose and cause a serious problem. While steroids are also like this you will not run into the same risk by over shooting a dose.

this really isn't the place to ask about insulin...
It rarely mentioned on these forums

That's ok. I ran them today. Igf preworkout at 100mcg and then 10iu post workout with 100g of simple carbs. Had another low gi carb protein meal 45 mins later like I normally do. No hassles.

Here is how you want to do it.

Week 1. 2 IUs ED on workout days.
Week 2. 5 IUS ED
Week 3. 7 IUs ED
Week 4. 10 IUs ED

This way gives your body time to adjust and adapt to the slin without fucking yourself up. You don't want to just jump right into doing 10 IUs ED, because you don't know how you are going to react to the slin.

Again, we are in game where everyone reacts differently to different substances. Hence, if you are going to try slin do yourself a favor and take it the way I explained above.

Don't take slin more than 4 weeks at a time because there is a good chance you can become insulin dependent, or even become a self-induced diabetic.

Taking 10 grams of carbs for every IU is a good protocol to start out at. As you get a feel for the slin you can bump it up some if you like, I do..

So going more than 10g per iu isn't going to cause fat gain? I did the protocol like you explained the first 2 times I took it and was fine. Thought I'd get right into 10iu this time? Yesterday went fine at 100mcg IGF preworkout and running 10iu post workout.
