adding clen to my test cyp cycle

Alright guys, this is my third cycle and need some advice on running this clen. Need some help with dosage for clen and timing during cycle for it. I am currently in week 3 and should have it in hand in the next 2 weeks. Planning on running test for 12 weeks while doing a 2 week on/2 off with the clen starting week 9. The bf comes from eating with the pregnant wife for the last 6 months. I get fat everytime we have a child, haa!

Stats:
5'11"
200 lbs.
bf: 18% +/-1%
28 years old
8 years training with last 3 consistent

Diet: 300g protein / 150-200g carb / 60g fat.

Cycle: 3rd cycle

Week 1-12: 500mg/week test cyp
Week 1-14 .5mg arimidex m,w,f
Week 9-14: clenbuterol 2 week on/off from 40-120mcg day
Week 14-18: Nolvadex 40/40/20/20/20 day

Training:
Monday - Chest and light tris
Tues - Back and light bis
Wed - Legs
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Arms
Cardio 20 mins after workout m-f

Critique my cycle and I am not running clomid in PCT under any circumstance. My body does not agree with it. Is this how I should run the clen to bridge into my pct or should I run it earlier?
 
I personally think that if you are looking for something to help you cut down, GW-501516 is a much better, and safer option than Clen. But any who.. you will want to run the clen for 2 weeks and at least 1 week off. you can run it anywhere from 20 mcg - 160 mcg per day. I would start with a lower dose and start gradually adding more as the week goes on. You may experience cramps while working out, so you will also want to use taurine at 10 mg per day.

HCG should be like this. weeks 9-12 shoot 250 iu twice per week. then weeks 13-14 bump it up to 500 iu twice per week.

As for the PCT, if you are going to be using Nolva, you will want to add a few things to it. The HCG will help in the restoring of your bodies HPTA levels, but Nolva will do nothing for it. Nolva will be good to block any kind of estrogen rebound and any gyno related issues but will not get your body producing its own test. You will want to add some natural test boosters, especially DAA. Also look into Forma Stanzol to help keep estrogen at bay, and will also help in test boosting.
 
I think a better option then clen would be to do more than 20 minutes of cardio a day......and the training 5 days in a row is over training.......rest = results...

hey bro, with clen you have to start low and pyramid up and down.
week 1 40/60/80/100/120/120/120
week 2 120/120/120/100/80/60/40
your body can easily adjust to clen so you can go up to 200mcg a day..if you get too jittery or start having headaches lower your dose and stay there you reached your tolerance. you can split doses between morning and afternoon but never after 3pm or else you aint sleeping.

Clen sucks.
Eat clean do cardio and work it off.
Your other option is to put yourself at a major health risk and use clen.
 
Yes, CLEN DOES SUCK!! It worked great while on it but I rebounded 50% these last 2 weeks off. I put on about 3 lbs and lost 3% bf during that time but was irritable as fuck. Don't like that feeling.

Anyway, I have 10,000 ius of hcg and need to know how to dose it. I'm currently on week 8 and would like to start soon. My boys have really took a beating for about 2 weeks now.

How should I dose from today to the beginning of my pct?
