i havent been on the juice ofr over a month. I am still breaking out on my chest and arms. It sucks. I dont know if it could be the heat or what. Even some on my face. How do i get rid of this shit, and will it go away soon?
If you're using Androgens, an aromatase inhibitor like Arimidex would of been very helpful. Otherwise you just have to treat it like having acne at any other time, some guys use over the counter cleansers/medication others might resort to Accutane or the like. Dietary changes will be beneficial too.
Pantothenic Acid B-5 will help, go tanning and wash your face alot. Go to a doctor and get a prescription cream. i have Avita cream, that works pretty good.
no prob bro, if nothing helps talk to your doctor about accutane, i've taken that too, some rough shit, should only be used as a last resort, if ALL else fails.
