Acne on arms?

I have not gotten any acne on my back, but I have it from the top of my shoulder down my arms. That’s the only place I have it. I shower regularly, good hygiene, I don’t know why I get it there. Any of you guys know how to get rid of it?

Wash with anti-bacterial soap(I used tea tree) and use Nizoral shampoo...That will help clear it up, tanning also helps a good deal. I used to have bad acne on my face, chest and back from puberty and AAS didn't help but it has since cleared a great deal with the continued use of those 2 products.

Man, acne is just one of them things. Can be caused by a multitude of reasons. You could try megadosing on Vit. A or B-5 for awhile and see if that helps. Gugglesterones have also been used successfully by many for acne control. Tanning can sometimes help too. Don't mess with them too much either just makes it worse. I found the only thing that ever truly worked for me was Accutane but just for some shoulder and arm acne that might be a little extreme.

Bro I'm dealing with the same thing right now. The acne is basically on the delts and across the shoulders a bit...thats it. I'm on accutane right now. Using oxypads and neutrogena body clear wash. Its helping...the accutane isnt working as fast as I thought it would, I just started month three.
