Acne from Test imbalance

After coming off a three month cycle and getting bad acne on the shoulders and back assuming the acne is from your test levels droping drastically will starting another cycle with more test help clear it up?
 
i've had a similiar problem years back.

its most likely because of hormone fluctuations.

how did u cope with it? I've been taking two showers a day using special acne soap. Also started using oxy pads on them twice a day which is starting to help. I'm going to be starting another cycle soon and am scared of what might happen in regards to the acne. I was thinking since the test evels will go back up it may help.....probably just wishful thinking.
 
showers wont do shit.
this acne is caused my hormones and not by dirt or oily foods/chocolate.

there is little you can do as far as i'm concered. then again, i'm no expert on acne remedies.

i'm sure somebody can offer some help.

mine clears up while on,but I have mild acne to begin with, coming off is the bitch and there is fuck all you can do about it,or I havent found anything that works, some people say use nizoral shampoo on the area,I just havent tried it yet, when im not on however soap with a neutral ph balance helps alot
 
No starting another cycle won't clear it up. Satch is right that hormones are the reason you have the acne, but is wrong in the thought that showering and acne pads won't help. I'm not sure where he got that info but your pores are clogged and need to be unclogged, whether they got that way from hormones or other means doesn't really matter. Many people have said taking Vitamin B-5 (Pantothenic Acid) at really high dosages (5-10 Grams a day) helps a lot, Also tanning supposedly helps
 
what i mean is that showers wont help to improve the situation..
all they'll do is prevent a worse outbreak.
 
just dont use anything that will cause your skin to dry out too much... this may cause even more of a problem. Honestly, I dont even use soap on my face and shoulders anymore because it makes me break out so bad esp when Im on. I take about two showers a day and just use water to clean my face. I use a citrus / exfoliant (sp??) every third day.
 
I am doing a course of accutane for this very reason. I have always had fluctuating hormone levels and acne before using AAS and now after it is exacerbated.

I am taking a long break from AAS and correcting the problem once and for all. I know that accutane has some nasty sides, but from the information I have gleamed from most people that have done a full course of accutane, their acne problems do not return.

Soaps, Creams, Peels etc... have no effect on this type of acne.
 
like most have said, your outbreak is from a chemical imbalance, not a topical bacteria infection. i find that 3grams of pantothenic ed works but doesnt clear it up completely. just one of those things that you have to live with i suppose.
 
Eviscerator, I'm thinking I will need accutane after I do a fina/winny cycle. Could you please elaborate on your experiences thus far concerning the above mentioned drug.
 
I feel you on this one. I did my cycle almost 9 months ago and I still have acne not to mention the scaring. Its a horrible feeling not being able to go to the beach and take off your shirt and shit like that. All I can say is let it run its cycle and hopefully it will clear up.

As for accutane, my friend had a HORRIBLE reaction to a cycle of steriods. I mean he couldnt even walk out of his house his acne was so bad, i wish i had pics for u guys. He went on accutane and it cleared up. He did a cycle after and guess what, he started to break out again. If you are really dieing to go back on, avoid test or at low dose.
 
i am confused how hormone levels are related to acne. isn't acne a bacterial infection? acne is the symptom of your body fighting the infection. the raised red bumps and white heads are white blood cells doing their thing. maybe someone can explain this.

also, is this side effect worth taking test? it sounds like a good reason to stay away from it.
 
I'm going to see a dermatologist. I couldn't get in until the end of January but I'm hoping he will be able to help me. I need my skin clear for summer!!

Being a canadian myself i recently tried some upjohn cyp and let me tell you, ive never seen fucked up shit like this.
I had huge poppers all over: head, neck, CHEST, shoulders, back, legs and yes even a few down below.

I just used a lot of vit b-5 and a clear complex astringent.

The fuckers were gone two weeks after:confused:

OMG!!!!! Clomid gives many people terrible acne (backne) cause i get it bad on my shoulders and back
 
Arre you sure it's not just coming off the test that is doing it to you and the clomid is just being used at this time? Think about it, your coming off a cycle and using clomid for pct and you get acne so you blame it on the clomid??

Good Luck fina will probably give you horrible acne it gave me the worse acne ever I came off fina cycle in august and just last week got my back to start clearing up after going thru a cycle of doxycycline and then the monocycline seemed to do the trick. I also stopped scrubbing my back just let the water rinse it and wear a clean t shirt to bed every night.
 
I also had acne so bad I couldn't lean back in my chairs or in my car I had hundreds of them on my back it was so freaking nasty and painful.
 
clomid messes up alot of people because in a sense its like going through puberty all over again...

I haven't started yet. I just had my blood panel done today and if every thing checks out I should be on it next week.

Doctors are very cautious about prescribing accutane. A lot of side effects and it can cause severe depression. I will keep everyone updated as I go.
