ACHILLES tendon injuries

anyone deal with anything like that? I gotta play basketball everyday but at this point I can even hardly walk, good thing is that the pain goes away a little during practice but its bad cause im fuckin myself up...

any medication that would help? I'm gonna go see my doctor but i need an apointment...
