are they counterproductive? will flaxseed oil make my skin oilier?

It doesn't really work that way. If you've had NO good fats in your diet, then you might see a difference in your hair and your skin from the flax., But if you've been eating fairly clean, you probably won't see any difference.

YOu know, that the Accutance makes you worse before it make you better, right? At first your skin really breaks out and then it gets drier (your nose and lips will get very dry and chapped.)

that's whatz happening to me..
actually do you know how the drug works? how does it make u break out before it clears you up?
ppl say it pushes the seban (potential acne) out of ur skin before the drug tries to shut down the seban glands...is this real?
