Absolute Beginner considering Oxandrolone/Anavar.

Hi,

Before I proceed I would like to state I'm absolutely new to this and as of yet am only in the consideration phase. I apologize if anything I say sounds totally stupid.

To give some background information I'm 36 in quite good shape at 78 kg and fluctuating between 15 to 20 % body fat depending on diet circumstances through the year. I largely eat organic about 80% of everything (excluding drinks) and as such I work out quite regularly and maintain a relatively decent diet (high protein and various supplements).

In any case my purpose is to make muscle mass gains and get more cut, which as such I can't seem to achieve under current circumstances. Cutting (more cardio and more protein less carbs is my current formula) does help but I feel is generally unsustainable.

I'm considering Anavar and from lurking find that conventional wisdom is cycling the drug over a period followed by PCT.

My questions are as follows (which may be the stupid part).

-Given that Anavar is rather well tolerated and prima facie safer than others in terms of side effects, is it possible to rather than cycle, use it only once weekly prior to my Sunday workout (the heaviest one) at 30mg and do all the other workouts clean ?

-In effect the question is can Anavar be used as a supplement if moderated ?

-Will this allow for gains and cutting on a sustainable basis ?

Additionally if you have other suggestions please feel free to enlighten me.

Many Thanks

:)

If I had a dollar for every thread like this.... Quick question: why Anavar?

In my opinion Anavar is a waste of your time even if you are taking 75mgs every day. Taking it once per week at 30mgs is next to useless and a waste of money. Probably not good for you either as the half life is only around 22 hours but who knows.

As the above poster mentioned do testosterone if you'd like a simple cycle where you see real results. I'd do 500mgs of test per week, if you are scared of pinning you can always do a longer ester so you only have to pin a couple times a week.

Best of luck, be safe and do proper research before you introduce anything like this into your body. Search around for info. Plenty of cycles have been posted on this site and been critiqued by a lot of guys who know their shit. You can even find this exact same thread that you created around 64 times. And that's just in the first page of search results for "Anavar".

Good to see you're doing your homework 1st...

Anavar is not a supplement
Anavar is used every day

You're body-fat is too high @ your weight to be using anything.

Can you elaborate on your nutrition protocol?
Meal 1: this
Meal 2: this
etc.
