Abslide ! ! ! !

I went out and got an Abslide!! I love this damn thing. Anyone else on Ab Routines feel free to jump in here and tell what you do for your own ab routine. :mix: :D :mix: :D :mix:

That's a great movement for abs, but u should have saved ur money. I just put 2 10lb plates on a dumb bell bar, and there is ur abslide.

same here theres nothing on the market that can't be duplicated with basic movements......RADAR

you know what i love, that ab roller. a basic concept that's been around forever, a simple wheel on a stick, but that thing gives me the best ab workout.

My ex-girlfriend got it for me actually.. But I do love it.. I really like it when I'm on winstrol/primo though.. I get a major pump in my abs while on that....

Isn't the AbSlide the thing where you put on the socks and look like an ice skater....?

Personally, I train my abs (almost) like every other bodypart---1 or 2x a week, 8-15 reps with increasing resistance, 5 or 6 sets. Weighted crunches, leg lifts, ect.

I have one as well and it works good. My ab routine is
Ab slide as much as possable for 3 sets
Crunches as much as possable for 3 sest
Hanging leg raises as much as possable for 3-4 sets
This works great for my abs but now I have to lower the BF to really bring out the definition in them

I also have one and use it, my gym has also bought 4 or 5 of them. I am pleased with it but still do the cruches etc..
