Abs

I find after doing any heavy compound movements, all i do is plank for as long as possible 2-3 minutes ... Then flip over hammer
Out some crunches or whatever, and the abs are always strong. Literally 5 minutes of direct ab work twice a week is all you need IF you do proper squats and deads. Goodmornings destroy the core also

Oh! Trust me man everyday I ride like I stole every freaking day and I do heavy compound exercise everyday try to incorporate it with my work out and i know my main problem is the diet part that's the hardest for me you. I'm always in a good mood when I work out when I get to the gym it's like I have toad rage kind of feeling but on days off I'm FCKG crabby have no motivation at all. Only that I want to do is sleeping! I need to work harder at the table.
 
Abs are like any other muscle. If you want big abs go heavy. Ab wheel with weight vest, inclined situps with 50lb plates, etc. Once you build them the diet will show them off.
