I NEED A BOMB ABS WORKOUT!

ok im 6'4'' 220lbs 10%bf
i have a slight amount of fat covering my abs but you can see the top of them and the top o the obliques and im currently working to get rid of the rest. So basically im looking for abs workouts that will build up the muscle not loose the fat.

I believe in progressive weight training on abs just as every other muscle so always try weighted exercises..

Weighted Contracting decline situps.
-Im pretty certian they are called "Needabs" <--search that

also there is a high paced workout i do as well from time to time..
-20 reps -- crunch
-20 reps -- oblique crunch(ea.)
-20 reps -- In and outs (neck supported, legs fold in to chest, stretch out to lock, and back)
-20 reps -- Leg lifts (from just off floor, 6-10 inches off floor then back, feet together, hands on ground by hips)
-20 reps -- Hip Rockers (neck supported, souls of feet together, diamond shape rock from ground to sky)
-20 reps -- bicycle kicks
-20 reps -- toe touchers (legs straight up, stomach flat, in controlling motion try to reach past your toes in order to touch the sky)
-20 reps -- full body crunch (crunch combined with in-and-outs)

after all this if you still have feeling in your abdominals.. hanging weighted leg raises REAL slow! till failure..
