OK- so whats a good AB routine that works...I've come to realize that its the one body part that I have neglected....so I'm up for some good advice
 
Fullrange crunches/ cable crunches 2 X 8-10
Lef raises 2 X 8-10


Why get complictaed?
 
A good one that I'm currently doing that deffiantly hits the lower abs are when you lye on your back and point your legs up so your forming a right angle. Then simply raise your legs up like your trying to reach the ceiling. You probably won't be able to do a large number of them, but they are very effective.
