ABS workout please hep and critique

I do abs 3 times a week
Started w declşne benc sit ups
leg raises
leg truck and sometime side bendes but it never worked , and also need something that target my lower abs
 
If you can't see your abs then your bf% is too high. Hell, you barely need to train abs at all if you squat, deadlift, etc.

Visible abs= low bf
 
At 14% you're getting close bro. 11 or 12 and they should look good. Lower than that and they'll look great.

BTW what you listed on your first post is fine as far as exercise choice.
