Guinness5.0 New member Sep 14, 2005 #3 If you can't see your abs then your bf% is too high. Hell, you barely need to train abs at all if you squat, deadlift, etc. Visible abs= low bf

Guinness5.0 New member Sep 15, 2005 #10 At 14% you're getting close bro. 11 or 12 and they should look good. Lower than that and they'll look great. BTW what you listed on your first post is fine as far as exercise choice.
