Do your excersisies with dieting and cardio. You see some people doing 100 reps on some excersises. 10 is enough with a couple different excersisies. As long as you have correct form and are flexing and holding at the top of the movement you should succeed. (most people belive you must "suck it in". You should do the oppsitie and push out at the top of the movement, works for me anyways.
