Abs different?

I was just noticing while most people separate major muscle groups in routines so that they aren't work two days in a row, that many do say they do abs every day.

Is there a reason they do/can do them every day?

Just something I got to wondering about.
 
Yeah deads and squats will for sure thicken you up. You may want to add in some other ab exercises for balance though so you are not always doing the same movement.
 
Whatever you want. i do em every other day rotting between abs and calves. i do leg raises, oblique crunches, and decline crunches. i no longer do weight ab exercises because my abs got too thick. i do 4 sets of 20 concentring on form and squeezing at the stop of the movement. if you do em once a week, just make sure you hit them hard. its all diet, but a few sets of crnches and leg raises wont hurt.
