very informative.. but i think you should clarify when you say that abs should be trained every time... i mean that could range from 1-7 workouts a week... but again very informative..

what do you think about weighted excercises.. or do you thing higher reps no weights are better?

i like weighted exercises but i train my abs for functional strength, throwing people around :) , not just definition.. so what i do might not make the most sense...

Just what you said. To get bigger abs, use weights. If you want to define the abs more, use no weights with lots of reps.

Great post, but I've always heard and believed definition is a result of diet, size is a result of training.
