hi again. i refeed every 4 days -been doing this for 4 weeks now- ((before i did Ny muscles which i reached a plateu after 2 months of using it)) and im wondering if im eating no carbs and 1 grams of protein per pound will veggies like cabbage and spinach or zuccini stop me from burning fat if i eat alot of them? i crave these veggies on low carb diets ..i can over indulge in eggplants or bioled cabbage.no oil..but my fat intake is 20 grams from flax....am i eating too much of this? anyone on Ckd low calorie eat tonsss and i mean TONS of veggies?
