About to start this as my first cycle

I'm about to start this, first inject January 2nd. I'm taking some cycle assist (cel) that I had left over from a ph cycle right now.

1-4 forged liver n2bm
1-4 d-bol 20 mg p/day
1-8 sustanon 250 1x p/week organon
1-8 n2guard n2bm
1-12 formastanzol mr supps
5-12 hcgenerate n2bm
9-12 post cycle/unleashed n2bm
13-16 unleashed/bridge n2bm

Going nice and easy first time around, I want to run another to peak late June for a strength comp (sus/t-bol) and another to peak late November for a bodybuilding comp (test/winny).

I'm 6'2" 200 10% bf training for various sport/competitions for a long time, need some mass in a hurry to compete in these plus I'm working to become a personal trainer and want to look more the part since all the trainers I see are pretty big.
 
Think I would run 10 weeks if running sust and 250mg real low even for first cycle would already run 1 1/2 cc per week and inject twice a week or your blood levels gonna be all over the place
 
someone correct me if im wrong but wouldnt 1 shot of 250 sus put him all over the place AND barely get over a hrt does?

id say hit 2cc's of sust a week.
 
There is so much conflicting information out there. I just read a thread by needto that said at the end that sustanon should be shot once a week, then at the end of the thread I asked if I could just shoot my 500mg all at once and a different guy says to split it up, it's hard to decide who to listen to. I want to start with the least amount necesary and go up from there. I've seen many posts from vets that say 250 a week is a great first cycle and many others posting about 20+ pound gains from this. I figure the body can only make so much muscle- it can only process so much protien, only build so many new cells. I have 28 amps of it, I was planning on running it every 3rd day for 12 weeks but had decided to start small. I really have no idea anymore. Too many opinions and if you go to a different forum, there's a whole different load of experts and opinions. I've read that 250 a week was at one time the standard first cycle and it's just gotten out of hand with guys shooting more and more. There doesn't seem to be any rules to this. It seems to me that the more you shoot the more risk of sides, the longer and harder the recovery and therefore the more weight you risk to just lose post cycle. I hope some experts chime in soon, not dating you guys don't know more than I do, I'm sure you do, I am very new and getting all of my info from others is not something I'm used to or very comfortable with. I always thought that sustanon at 250 a week was the norm for a first timer, and 20 pounds of muscle were possible with a good chance of keeping most if not all of it. I have no problem going with 500 a week, but all in one shot seems alot easier, I wish I could make a link but the thread was called z-line sus 250 by needtogetaas.
 
My old plan was 250 every 3rd day. Sound better?
12 weeks of every 3rd day= about 580 per week.

I can't keep reading on the net, it's just confusing me, so maybe I better just stay with my original plan, plus the guy that helped me line it up seems about the most knowledgeable person I have gotten info from.

ok heres the plan as of today:

1-12 sustanon 250 E3D
1-16 formastanzol
1-16 n2guard
1-4 dianabol 20mg (may go up to 30)
1-4 forged liver
9-16 HcGenerate
13-16 post cycle/unleashed/phytoserms 347
17-20 bridge

I'd like to add some shots of hgh at the end of the cycle and/or during pct but still reading and tryinmg to understand how to do that best.
 
You misunderstood the thread and what I was writing. If you are going to inject sust once a week it should be at a dose of 1000mg once a week or 1000mg once every other week. Not a single inject of 250mg lolol.... Read the thread over again mmy man.
