i am familiar with above cycle but never done it. i have never injected more than 2ml per time on any cycle in past, this seems like its 1ml+1ml+1ml which is 3ml a whole needle...that is a lot compared to what i have done in past per shot...is this correct though?

Only on the days were prop is used. And its fine to inject 3mls at once. The prop has to be shot 3-4 times a week though. I will say though if youve never shot prop your in for a rude surprise. The pip is awful the first cycle, but it gets a little better.
