About to start bulk - Pics

Hey every1 im 15yrs old, 6'1, 150-160lbs about to start my first bulk and thought id post some pics (Comments welcome)
 
jesus christ 15 and 6'1", you are going to be a skyscraper by the time you're 21.

better do something like drink lots of caffeine or start smoking so you can stunt your growth, if you're 7'0" tall it'll be impossible to get huge. lol

just kidding man. you are pretty ripped right now.

EAT. SQUAT. DEADLIFT. SLEEP.

he's right about the stunting your growth soon. you better start now or you may not have enough time to do it!

definately stick to the core lifts. welcome to the boards.
 
Yeah bro u looked pretty ripped now..put the right bulking diet on for a few years youll be way ahead of everyone else..and just lift heavy..by the time youre 18 or 19 ull look sick.. ;)
 
Welcome to the boards brother!! You have a nice solid base to work with. Keep at it hard,eat everything and most of all be patient and youll see some nice gains. Absorb all you can on here too, alot to learn!
 
Just one more thing can anybody list some good foods to get for bulking? Shopping day tomorrow and want to know what to get so I can start on Monday.

Pasta, rice, potatoes, meats, oats, milk, eggs ....


Just stay away from your pastries, cakes, candies, sodas, etc. Sugars like that won't help.

Ya dude i was 6'1'' at 15 also... i've stopped at 6'2.5" . Just eat clean food like a mother. Train. rest. and you'll be in good shape for getting huge!

Yeah I had a growth spurt when I was about 13 I doubt i'll grow much bigger although i'd like to get to about 6'5 :D unlikely though lol.
