About the Karma thread....

...I have gotten several Pm's from people over the last few days who have received threatening Karma. Mine was not, but there were some direct threats made.

I wanted to make the point, that this would NOT be tolerated anymore. Normal bad Karmna I don't give a shit about. Threatening physical violence is WAY over the line.

My point was made and I removed the threads...

Well, at first glance I thought editing other people's posts was an abuse of power... and indeed it was. But you used your editing power to a limited extent, only edited a few posts of a person who gave bad karma to, you did it to send a message to others... so all in all, the abuse was limited.

My question is what lesson is learned? Instead of physical threats, people will now just give bad karma without signing. You've got my props as a good mod, no doubt, but if you're going to fight this battle, I'd like to see you win it... instead of just doing what everyone has been able to do in the past... nothing.
