I was mixing my own (Vitargo,whey isolate, BCAA, creatine, glutamine and gatorade) and it makes me nauseous as shit EVERY time I drink it. I just bought 2 bottles of Optimum's 2:1:1-it looks like everything I need, almost. There is NO creatine and not too much glutamine, should I add my own or is there a reason why it's not in there? I have read that you shouldn't mix creatine with protein but I've also read that it's fine-since this is the MOST important meal, I want it to be perfect.
