Sometimes I can catch Wal-Mart when they have a sale (usually Monday mornings) and can get ground sirloin at $1.39 a lb. You end up with more meat when you get the sirloin...less cooks away. That is a good thing if you can afford it. At 10-15lbs a week...sometimes I can't.
