abdominal pains

martin uk

New member
Back on my first course of sust for over 9 months.
Usually do 2-3 cycles a year always including Sust somewhere in there.
This course
wk 1-4 dbol 30mg per day
wk 1-8 2 shots of sust per week
Taking B6 milk thistle etc.

Into 2nd week having some real achy pains in my very lower abdomen.
Thinking it could be my stomach reacting to the dbol or
possibly a reaction to the Sust shutting me down?
Dont recall this before.

The pain is very much like the one you get when you are kicked in the plums
Anyone else get this

Cheers

Pain is really low and to the sides definately feels like I have been kicked in the groin.
Think its something to do with the sust.

interesting, I have experienced something that sounds like this as well, except it was a dbol only cycle...and it was only on the right side. At first I thought it was a hernia but it never got a lot worse and didnt really fit the profile...then I thought it was appendix but I didnt have any tenderness pushing on it.

Is it tender when you push on it? Is it an ache or a sharp pain? and is it constant or only when lifting?

This sounds like mine. I have had a hernia and the positioning is about same in terms of depth but on the opposite side. Pretty same symptoms not sensitive but a dull ache.
Done a really heavy back and shoulders yesterday no problems.
Squats and single rep deadlifts tomorrow will see if it affected by the lifting.
Will just live with it as I am only f/ loading the Sust for a couple of weeks.

Report back after you do a leg workout, as that was the times when I had the discomfort...specifically squats or leg press.

Whoah... I had something like that. It felt like a hipbone-to-hipbone hernia (which is impossible IMO). It was during a test-only cycle (low-dose too).

I couldn't do sit-ups due to abdominal pain -- but it was pain down low, almost to my pubic bone. This next part is going to sound 100% nuts and I have absolutly zero evidence to support this -- I swear I though I had irritated my prostate somehow. Now, this may be 100% psychosomatic, but I started taking a 2x the bottle dose of Saw Palmetto and about 2 weeks later it passed.

I don't normally share "solutions" that are this antecdotal since it's a great way to start misinformation, but this problem was almost impossible for me to pinpoint for months.
