Ab workout

Looking for a sweet ab workout. I know the diet is the important part but i dont have a good set ab workout. Lacking alittle in the lower abs also. Anything would help. Thanks
 
BF dtermines 97% of the visibility of ur abs bro.....lose the bf! to strengthen ur abs i would do hanging knee raises to get ur lower ones

leg raises with medicine balls really helped bring my lower abs out

I never got my bf measured yet i want to though - im 6'1 and 194 pounds ive only been lifting hardcore since january and i was 171 pounds when i started so ive gained alot. My upper abs could be alot better but they arent bad but for some reason i have trouble on my lower abs. Im guessing my bodyfat is probably somewhere between 12 and 15. Also how often are you supposed to do abs? i usually do them every 3 days i was never really sure though

i havent measured my bf either dont worry about it. but i would work ur abs and make them strong, and then cut ur bf down so they are visible but not weak....u can do abs as much as u want but id stick to 3 days a week but u gotta really punish them jus like ur calves

i hit em every 4 days, just like every other muscle - try and get down to 10% that'll bring em out
