Ab trouble

I am having a major problem in finding those lower two abs... I always have a little extra at the bottom of my stomach just above the belt line. It's not a lot, but just enough to shade the abs. Does anyone have a good excersise that could help me and my lower abs come to light?
 
dude its all about losing the bodyfat.....

And those bottom 2 abs are mostly genetic. It depends on whether the tendons stick out or not. But I do hanging leg raises and weighted decline situps and that works for me. Not really an ab exercise that will give you those lower abs you just got to work out abs heavy weight and lose the bf like 9% or less
 
I agree, shed some bodyfat. You can have the biggest/strongest abs in the world but won't see them if they are covered with layers of fat.
 
Agreed... I am kinda bulking right now so it's kinda hard to lose too much. I have always had a hard time finding those bottom two. You can see the cuts going down into my shorts and the upper abs really well. Oh well, when I am done gaining I will cut and see about some putting some cardio in my life. Thanks
