I assume you want big ab muscles? Then add to the above list:
Abwheel with a weight vest
Dragon flags with iron boots
pullover situps (Use a weight plate or curl bar, on a decline bench, as you sit up bring the over your head to your chest, reverse as you go back down.)
One arm lifts
I dont really want BIG ab muscles. Im just looking to get a lot more definition. Actually just purchased this ab dvd and its really good. There are a few exercises that I will have to work my way up to, because it can put strain on my neck and back if you dont have really strong abs. I will try it for a while and see how it goes.
A few of my fav's are:
- Old school Sit-ups
- Sit-ups on Glute-Ham developer
- L-holds (hang from a pull-up bar and hold your legs out so your body looks like an "L")
- L-pull-ups (same as above, but held in L position while doing pull-ups)
- Knees to elbows (hanging from a pull up bar, bring your knees to your elbows)
Having said all of that, you can probably get abs without any of those exercises, just by changing your diet.
