After taking a year off from Martial arts, I'm starting up again at the end of the month.
I know that this question has been asked before, but I was interested if anyone could shed some new light, seeing that we encounter new beneficial effects from day-to-day observations in many different ergogenics.
For AAS I was considering VAR, winny with a little bit of test ie.200mgs/wk and possibly some HGH down the road for keeping joint and connective tissue strength intact. Obviously I want to gain strength, endurance and lose excess weight. I am 230lbs now. I think that 220 should be ideal for me. I dont want to take halo's or tren to increase agressivensss,as I dont want them to intefere with my focus, especially Tren. I have enough natural aggression when needed.
As far as supplements go I'll be taking things which will increase my focus, memory for applying techniques, and increase reaction times. I was considering some Piracetam, as I have read that many fighters take this to increase their learning skills and improve reaction times. Also some AL-Car and selegeline.
I'll be starting off with Wado-Kai Karate and Jiu-Jitsu and progressing into more agressive combat styles like Krav-Maga.
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks...B32
