AAS and supplements for Martial Arts?

After taking a year off from Martial arts, I'm starting up again at the end of the month.

I know that this question has been asked before, but I was interested if anyone could shed some new light, seeing that we encounter new beneficial effects from day-to-day observations in many different ergogenics.

For AAS I was considering VAR, winny with a little bit of test ie.200mgs/wk and possibly some HGH down the road for keeping joint and connective tissue strength intact. Obviously I want to gain strength, endurance and lose excess weight. I am 230lbs now. I think that 220 should be ideal for me. I dont want to take halo's or tren to increase agressivensss,as I dont want them to intefere with my focus, especially Tren. I have enough natural aggression when needed.

As far as supplements go I'll be taking things which will increase my focus, memory for applying techniques, and increase reaction times. I was considering some Piracetam, as I have read that many fighters take this to increase their learning skills and improve reaction times. Also some AL-Car and selegeline.

I'll be starting off with Wado-Kai Karate and Jiu-Jitsu and progressing into more agressive combat styles like Krav-Maga.

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks...B32 :)

I currently am taking Krav Maga myself. Anyway I feel that that would be a good mix but instead of having expensive GH in there you could just take some deca and believe me deca works for the joints. All in all though it's not about the juice but it does help. I would maybe lose some overall weight first then maybe hit up a cycle once your all nice and lean. As you know when taking martial arts it's better when you're not big and bulky as the overall training requires a more athletic body. One that should be strong, but overall conditioned, flexible and fast as well.

i like dbol and sustanon, and primo assuming i can sustain it. it's all preference, although you want something that will endure and i can live with and live healthy with. i would say forget about hgh for connective tissue, overkill imo. i'd worry more about finding something that will keep you going balls-to-the-wall for an extended period of time. i use ribose and dmg and swear these have a positive effect on my endurance. also, i wouldn't worry about losing weight, if you train for these, you'll have trouble keeping weight on. the only thing left is what's right there in your heart. good luck with the comeback.

Thanks for some input, but I wont ever touch Deca again because I love to fuck too much.

I'll be incorporating exercises that will assist my fighting as well as my martial arts training will keep me lean, but I dont want to lose too much strength and energy in the process, so I will definitely incorporate some AAS.

I'm shooting you some green. Like you need it. LOL

i have been training jeet kun do and san shou kickboxing, i say stay clear of tren for some reason i notice shortness of breath on tren and seem to get beat on after simply 3 mins

I love test and eq!

it helps my strength and endurance and probably the best thing is how quick you can recover.
I wouldnt touch winny but my joints are very sensitive.
I wouldnt use deca/tren because of the time it takes me to recover from a deca/tren cycle.

I dont think that the money i have is going to be spent on GH at this time but if i had the cash i would.. or maybe some long IGF

I love that i can train 6 times a week and lift 2-4 times a week and not get burnt out and make gains both in endurance/strength and size/weight if need be.

also it makes moving around in weight classes a lot easier.. naturally if i want to move up a weight class i have to gain the weight slower, more of it is fat and when i do lean up i am not as strong as if i did it while on a cycle.

my suppliments are proteins and oils and vitamins/minerals nothing fancy.

Good Luck

Let me reword that I didn't mean so much lose overall weight but just lose the extra bodyfat that is not needed. Too much can be a problem especially for your joints when doing all the drills required to become explosive and conditioned. I know when I was 225 and I just started taking Krav it was much harder than weighing in right now at 200. Believe me too I'm very explosive and very fast and not small overall either. My overall flexibility and overall condition has improved since losing extra bodyfat. :)

Mike, bro just so you know, we made those posts at virtually the same time, so i didn't read yours and then contradict you. but when i wrote that i was thinking that to me it's silly for someone to wait to lose bf before training, it will come off if there's consistency with the training imo (especially that type of training). there's no doubt that a better strength to weight ratio can't be beat and losing excess body fat will help. maybe i didn't read the original post carefully enough and right now i'm too tired to figure it out. lol

Hehehe I hear ya bro.

LOL what I meant was that before he starts using AS he should maybe concentrate on losing some bf not before he starts training he should lose bf. LOL. Did u get that now because now that I read it it looks all fucked up. Hehehe I'm tired.

:D yes, and i couldn't agree more bro. it's a great point, i just missed it completely. what can i say, it's been a rough week for me man, wife troubles. LOL :)
