Do you guys drink on cycle? I like to drink Irish whiskey on ice pretty regularly, I just make sure I drink plenty of water to make up for it. So what do you guys do?

Drinking water with whiskey doesn't make up for drinking whiskey lol. Yes all forms of alcohol are natural diuretics but the OTHER aspects of alcohol which are damaging are NOT negated by water.

And that's without addressing the double whammy you're giving your body by drinking booze AND using AAS.

Alcohol is the single worst thing you can put in your body in terms of your physique. It's catabolic, estrogenic and lowers testosterone levels
