I was an addict a few years ago, went to rehab and I hav been clean for almost a year and half, I lost lots of weight during those dark years an I want to start new live , I would love to gain some muscle and I wonder if after having a history of illega drugs AAS coulcd be a good option, or AAS might take on wrong direction again, I'm 29 years old, 5'9 an weight 50 kilos, what would you recommend? thank you.

congrats on conquering your addiction but dude you are 50 kilos.. that is like 110 pounds.. that is what i weighed in middle school and I am shorter than you in height.

obviously your past history of drug use has done you no favors and you need to work on building consistency actually lifting weights and eating like a normal human being

why don't we start there before hopping on the sauce

what are your stats? age/height/weight/body fat? how many years have you been CONSISTENTLY training? how about consistency with your diet?

I really don't think using steroids is smart if you know you have an addictive personality.

Besides man, you can make awesome gains just by eating more. Steroids really aren't needed in your situation.

Spend the money you were going to spend on gear on good quality food. Food is what actually builds muscle and fuels your body for hard training. Food should always be priority #1

Steroids do not cause you go all the sudden become bigger and muscular. That takes the proper diet and training routine. Steroids will take what you are doing and bring it to the next level but you need the basics first. I would spend a lot of time natural and develop a muscular base. Read a ton about diet and training to get started.
