How many times have we heard "oh... I am a hard gainer..." or "my chest is genetically small" or something along those lines. Chances are that it is NOT due to genetics. It is because the person has not taken time to discover what works for him or instead paying due attention to his diet - which is 24/7.
Hell, if Kenny Jones can get big, anyone can.
But yet, the people with the greatest genetics - Flex, Dillet, Mike Christian, Porter, etc.. simply squander theirs with half ass training and chemical dependency.

and tiger88, even though genetics are important to the overall result, you can't do anything about your genetics (as of now).
