A white doberman with ice blue eyes...

AAP

Plat Hero
Platinum
I see one for sale here in the paper... are these rare? I have never seen one like this before.

Can someone find a pic?

Our neighbor has a huge white German Shepard, and it's the sweetest dog you could imagine. I'd like to get one someday, or a white Doberman.

There is no such thing as a white doberman...they are albino. And please do not buy an albino doberman, you're only supporting the Back Yard Breeders that purposely breed these. Albino dobes are prone to MANY health problems (dobes in general have a lot of health problems, so why make it worse), and no responsible breeder would EVER breed them. Also, ask the breeder about the inbreeding factor needed to create albinism. The fact is that in order to be Albino, there has to be a very high level of inbreeding on a deleterious trait.

Here's a link for you

aap, you need one of those military trained dobies...

things are just a four legged razorblade...

see if you can find any of the top military k9 trainers that
train and sell on the side...

you could take that beast to work with you, they are that sharp...

and anyone gives you any shit, bam...thats gonna leave a mark...

You need a nice chocolate Labrador Retriever. A little hyper, but an awesome dog.

You got that right though a yellow lab might deal with the heat/sun a little better.

Dobs do have their health problems....arthritis is one of the worst.

Yep, yellow would be cool too. I just like the labs attitude. Those dogs will love ya to death. They are a little hyper in the beginning, but they are an awesome dog.

Labs are nothin but love.

I used to wish mine was less hyper, now that he is older and mellow....I miss the energy and enthusiasm.

My BF has a regular doberman... I love the black and brown colors... but I had never seen or heard of a white one.

His dog is awesome. She goes out there and swims in his pool with us all the time. This dog loves water. She especially loves for us to turn on the outdoor shower and let her play in it. When she comes here, she has already claimed the chaise lounge near the outside window as her own. And she doesn't like to share. If you sit on it... she will climb up and try to root you off it with her nose.

Our lab swims in the pool with us all the time. She's a bit of a whimp as she won't jump off the edge right now, but she's in there swimming with the kids all the time.

Oh boy this one will. She will take a running start and launch herself in the pool..... my BF pool is built like a natural lagoon to blend in with his Spanish style home, so there are no steps going in or out, just a gradual decline at the shallow end.... she will get there in water about 10 inches and lay on her back and sleep in the sun.

Mine will be jumping in by the end of the summer. We just started swimming in the pool this week - the water was finally warm enough. She's always a chicken about the jumping until a month or so of swimming. It's also good exercise for the dog. She lost 10lbs last summer from all of the swimming.

At least this one has short hair and it is fairly easy for her to dry off and come indoor immediately afterwards. She loves the beach too, but for some reason she doesn't get that excited about the water there. She will go in occassionally, but not often. Maybe she doens't like the saltiness.

What is the contact info for the albino doberman for sale? I would like to speak with the breeder, i have some questions for them. No i am not going to be rude. I am doing some research and would like to speak with them. Thanks so much.
And to respond to your original post..... They are not rare, they just have a lot of health issues and very tempermental.
Thanks for your help!
