my bench was stuck at 260 for reps of 8 for about 3 weeks, so I took a week off and warmed up with 135 for 10, then 225 for 1 and i added 20 pounds until i hit 300 for 1. 300 felt good so i put on 315 and ended up getting 2 sets of 3 reps with 315, I'm so pumped!
