I did pull throughs the other night with my hands outside my legs, rather than between, and it was awesome. I felt it all around my hips, even in the front and my hipflexors, and the tops of the quads, down my hamstrings, and through my lower back. It looks almost like a plyo ski jump, or a variation on a kneeling squat. The balance can be tricky, but wow...I'm hurting two days later!
