A Variation on Pull Throughs

I did pull throughs the other night with my hands outside my legs, rather than between, and it was awesome. I felt it all around my hips, even in the front and my hipflexors, and the tops of the quads, down my hamstrings, and through my lower back. It looks almost like a plyo ski jump, or a variation on a kneeling squat. The balance can be tricky, but wow...I'm hurting two days later!

Awesome. Thanks for posting. I did regular pullthroughs for the first time tonight and I loved them. I'll try those next ME squat workout.








A video would help... ;)
 
wsb recomends that as a way to drag a sled, i can only see good from your new invention spatts.......... good job.

Exodus, that's what gave me the idea. I drag like that a lot because it makes my back feel so good. I wasn't able to get out and drag that day, so I did this, and really liked it. :)

since i dont have a sled i use a little variation. i put my cat in the close hamper and then give her a ride around the house........ it really fries my hammies....
